Gavana Talents and Films, remain dedicated to developing and showcasing Unique Talents for the Creative Industry and Global Engagement.
In order to enhance a harmonous relationship as we journey through the craft, it is imperative that you read carefully and understand our Membership Terms and Policies. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Gavana. By submitting a registration, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with these Terms, then kindly do not submit a registration.
GTC1- AGE AFFIRMATION
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or above) and are competent and authorized to agree to and abide by these Terms. If you want to submit an Asset and are under the age of majority, you must have your parents’ express permission.
GTC2- NON DISCRIMINATION
Gavana is a family of Talents from varied backgrounds, nativities and nationalities and personalities working towards a common Interest (thus, pursuant of their Creative Passions and Dreams). We have "O" Tolerance for any form of Domestic discrimination towards members, be it from Managment or co-Talents. Any abusive act or behavior towards a member will be regarded Discriminative and, may thereof, lead to indefinite dismissal after a couple of warnings (reminders). One must Respect all and totally avoid any form of assaults, including Mockery, Verbal Insults, Bulleying and Fights. You may report any of such offences to the Director for immediate action.
GTC3- TALENTS' RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Gavana deems essential the Safety and Well being of its' Talents (members). Hence, every Gavanaian has the right to the Following; Respect, Love, Communication, Training / Guidance, Promotion and Protection. All Talents have the right to the above throughout their Membership Period. All Talents, equally, are reponsible for being Present during Meetings (including Trainings and Rehearsals) and Promptness on Set during shoots.
GTC4- MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
Our Membership Packages come in Two (2) Options; BASIC and PREMIUM.
BASIC (Ideal for already-Trained Talents with Portfolio, who seek Only to Promote their Brands for Industry Opportunities through Gavana).
Cost is Free, but recquires completing a YouTube Subscription Task to be prove Influence, followed by a One-Off Career Orientation and Brand Promotion. PREMUIM (Ideal for Beginner Talents who recquire Training and Brand Development to establish their Acting / Modeling Career)
Comes at Subsedised Cost for Training and Portfolio Creation (Photoshoots and Video Showreel / ShortFilm Shoot) to Showcase Talent.
GTC5- PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment for a Premuim Package can be made physically or electronically in Full or in Two (2) Installments.
Please note that Refunds are strictly not allowed once a Talent's Development / Activity begins, and (or) after Fourteen (14) Days.
Eligible Refunds (of Payments made within Fourteen (14) Days without any activity recquire a written letter to managment, and once approved refund is made after Thirty (30) working days, or Talent may replace self / Membership with someone else above eighteen (18) Years or with Parent's concent, if below eighteen (18).
GTC6- JOBS CONTRACTS
One of Gavana's Priority is to represents its' Successful Talents for well-Paid local and International Jobs (Film roles, commercials and ambassodoral deals) across the industry, on a 80/20 Percentage deal (Whereas, 80% of the Deal deal goes to Talent and 20% for the Agency).
